Cybersecurity Leader

Telia Finance seeks a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to spearhead our cybersecurity efforts and safeguard assets and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- DORA Implementation Project Lead: Oversee key activities related to the DORA implementation project, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
- IT Security Policies and Guidelines: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive IT security policies and guidelines, fostering a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
- Risk Assessments and Audits: Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations for mitigation.
- Security Technologies and Tools: Oversee the implementation of cutting-edge security technologies and tools to protect against evolving cyber threats and attacks.
- Incident Response: Monitor and analyze security incidents, developing effective incident response plans to minimize impact and ensure business continuity.
- Security Guidance and Support: Provide expert guidance and support to teams across the organization on security best practices and compliance requirements, promoting a culture of security excellence.
To succeed in this role, we seek a candidate with:
- A strong IT background with at least 3 years of documented experience in a leading role within IT security.
- Hands-on experience in cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks such as EBA ICT, NIST Cyber Security Framework, ISO 27001, and Privacy/GDPR.
- In-depth knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies, including encryption, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, etc.
- Cloud Security knowledge and experience working closely with management teams and in regulated environments.
- Advanced degree or certifications preferred.
- Profound proficiency in both Swedish and English.
