Novo Nordisk A/S is a life-science company inspired by life in all its forms and shapes. We're looking for a Diabetes and Obesity Specialist to join our Finance & Operations team in Sweden.

About the Team

You will be part of a diverse team working closely with other Finance Partners, Supply Chain managers, and Commercial Excellence managers within the Finance & Operations team.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  2. Engage with stakeholders to discuss and assess the impact of market dynamics on sales forecasting and associated supply outlook.
  3. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to set a solid sales ambition level and manage direct marketing investments.
  4. Own and work with financial and market development reporting, including Business Intelligence dashboards, monthly management reports, and tracking commercial insights to ensure strategy execution.
  5. Be part of a diverse team working closely with other Finance Partners, Supply Chain managers, and Commercial Excellence managers within the Finance & Operations team.
  6. Drive cross-functional working groups to address ad-hoc and current business challenges.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance, or up to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Passion for financial decision making and the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Solid problem-solving skills, out-of-the-box thinking, and eagerness to improve financial and forecasting skillsets.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relations.
  • Track record of driving projects independently and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data-modelling and business intelligence tools such as PowerBI is a plus.
  • A learning and adaptive mindset that allows you to thrive in dynamic environments.
