Lighting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Lighting Specialist - Visual Storyteller to join our team. As a key member of our Studio team, you will be responsible for bringing our vision to life through expert lighting techniques.

About the Role:

• You will support our production team in creating visually stunning images and videos by setting up and operating lighting equipment.
• Collaborate with photographers, motion producers, and other departments to ensure a cohesive visual style throughout the production process.
• Maintain and operate lighting equipment, ensuring it is functioning correctly and safely.
• Conduct risk assessments and oversee health and safety protocols related to lighting equipment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest lighting trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Participate in finding creative solutions to improve workflows and processes.

Key Qualifications:

• Education or experience in photography, film, or related fields.
• Expertise in lighting setup and composition.
• Knowledge of various lighting equipment and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

What We Offer:

• A competitive estimated salary range of €45,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience.
