About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Belmont Lavan Ltd. In this key position, you will play a pivotal part in designing and implementing advanced automation systems aimed at enhancing operational efficiency across our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions tailored to improve manufacturing workflows, driving business growth and productivity.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify process bottlenecks and recommend strategic automation initiatives.
  • Program and configure programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and other control systems to ensure seamless integration.
  • Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance on automation systems to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Create detailed documentation for automation processes, including specifications and training materials to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance our automation capabilities, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in automation engineering or a similar role, demonstrating expertise and a strong track record of success.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, or Java, with hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of robotics, sensor technologies, and control systems, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for project support or customer interactions.

**Estimated Annual Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 based on location and industry standards. This salary range reflects the company's commitment to competitive compensation and benefits, ensuring that our employees feel valued and supported in their careers.
