We're seeking a Compliance Officer to join our team in Stockholm. As a Compliance Officer at Trustly, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our operations comply with all relevant regulations and laws.

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement our compliance management framework.
  • Assist in executing on our annual compliance plan.
  • Advising and supporting internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
  • Conduct regulatory horizon scanning.
  • Draft reports for the board of directors and track regulatory intelligence.
Requirements:

You'll need a bachelor's degree in law and relevant working experience from a regulatory or supervisory financial environment or a consultancy firm specializing in compliance or risk management.

Risk management experience and knowledge of performing controls are advantageous. Familiarity with PSD2 or AML/CFT regulations is also beneficial.

You should be a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse teams of both internal and external stakeholders in a proactive manner.

Fluency in English is required as most communication is conducted in this language.
