Job Description

The Compliance QHSE Analyst role is critical to ensuring the safety, health, environment, quality, and security requirements are met in our data centers. As a member of the Equinix Sweden Compliance team, you will be responsible for reviewing local and EU legislation and regulations, identifying actions required to ensure compliance, and supporting operations in delivering those actions.

You will work closely with the EMEA-wide compliance leads to learn from other countries and ensure standards are maintained. Key areas of responsibility include:

  • General Compliance – Regulatory & Standards:

In this role, you will analyze regulatory and legislative requirements, develop plans for gap analysis and action plans, plan standards and regulatory compliance schedules, and monitor progress on standard upkeep. You will also identify non-compliance through audits, develop processes to address gaps, and create reports with senior team members.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to develop reports, presentations, and analysis. You should have industrial or commercial experience within Sweden and familiarity with some health and safety requirements for operations. Experience in compliance and legislation/regulatory frameworks is beneficial, as well as knowledge of Swedish EHS, environmental permit processes, and requirements.
