  • Lead Administration and Change Order Process: Oversee the administration and change order process associated with MEP packages, ensuring all changes are captured and costings appropriately assessed and validated.
  • Cost Analysis and Tender Preparation: Conduct thorough cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work, preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
  • Risk Management and Commercial Strategy: Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks, advising on procurement strategy and providing expert advice on contractual claims.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements and progress.

Requirements:

  • 3rd Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying: Bachelor's degree or higher in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • 5+ Years Experience: Proven track record in a similar role, with expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works packages.
  • Industry Knowledge and Certifications: Familiarity with relevant building contracts, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
