Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/Service Designer to join our team at Qestit. As a UX/Service Designer, you will play a key role in creating user-centered design solutions that improve the user experience and interaction with digital products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the UX and service design efforts for our clients, ensuring that design solutions meet the highest standards of quality and usability.
  • Coach teams and organizations in adopting a structured approach to UX, providing education and training on UX methodology and best practices.
  • Develop strategies and establish conditions for high-quality UX work, driving forward UX and service design initiatives that are future-proofed at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Contribute to shaping our internal culture and advancing Qestit's capabilities in UX, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience working with UX in product development, with a strong portfolio of design solutions that demonstrate your expertise.
  • A relevant education in the field, with a deep understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with development teams, stakeholders, management, and customers.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, with the ability to communicate complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A detail-oriented and dedicated approach to work, with a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
