Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our digital products and external assignments. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting seamless and user-friendly digital experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user interfaces that are intuitive and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure user-centered design principles are applied.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and other UX artifacts to guide design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts.
  • Drive projects independently and lead workshops to effectively communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant design field, such as UX design, human-computer interaction, or graphic design.
  • 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, Zeplin, Sketch, Abstract, Material-UI, and VS Code.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
