About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cross-Functional Technical Leader to join our Cab Body team at Volvo Group. As a key member of our Vehicle Development Team, you will play a crucial role in developing future cab bodies for our heavy-duty trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the complete product delivery over time, including quality, cost, and performance.
  • Support and communicate across organizational boundaries to safeguard the complete VDT delivery.
  • Plan the right sequence of milestones and align these milestones with concerned parties in GTX.
  • Manage quality Epics and lead other maintenance and product Epics for the section.
Requirements
  • Several years of automotive experience as a team leader/project manager.
  • Experience in the area of Doors & Closures or BIW design is required.
  • Good knowledge of Project Time Management (PTM) and Catia V5.
  • Agile experience with SAFe is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • M.Sc. degree or equivalent professional experience.
