We are seeking a talented BIM Application Administrator to join our team at Hitachi Energy. As a key member of our Power Grids division, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our digital infrastructure.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field combined with at least five years of experience in 3D modeling and BIM methodology. They will also have deep knowledge of BIM applications, customizations, processes, and application usage, as well as experience in BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit Architecture, Dynamo, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as a creative mindset, great interpersonal skills, and the ability to resolve issues effectively. Fluency in English is required, whereas Swedish and other additional languages are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high availability, continuous improvements, information/cyber security, and scalability of applications.
  • Administrate and document applications.
  • Maintain user licenses and access.
  • Solve and manage application issues.
  • Support and train users and power users.
  • Implement and maintain company requirements and guidelines.
  • Provide helpdesk application support.
  • Report to 3rd line support (Application Suppliers, IS/IT, etc.).
  • Arrange user and power user meetings.
  • Develop, administer, and support applications.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  2. At least five years of experience in 3D modeling and BIM methodology.
  3. Deep knowledge of BIM applications, customizations, processes, and application usage.
  4. Experience in BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit Architecture, Dynamo, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  5. Experience in defining best practices and routines as well as creating instructions and manuals.
  6. Qualifying experience in VR/XR applications.
  7. Experience from a multinational organization.
  8. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  9. Fluency in English is required.
