Job Description

Northvolt ETT AB is seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Excellence: Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) are followed, and that employees are trained and competent in their roles.
  2. Employee Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure employee growth and development.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  4. Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and support employees, assign tasks and responsibilities, and ensure that employees are aware of their roles and expectations.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with employees, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  6. Quality and Safety: Ensure that all manufacturing processes are carried out in accordance with quality and safety standards, and that all employees are aware of and adhere to these standards.
Requirements
  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Experience in manufacturing, leadership, or management.

  2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
