Job Title: Senior Specialist Learning and Development

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee international improvement and development projects to enhance our learning offering.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to develop comprehensive learning programs.
  3. Stay informed about the latest learning methodologies and styles, applying this knowledge effectively.
  4. Accurately scale learning for skills forecasting and incorporate experiential insights into workforce planning.
  5. Design innovative learning concepts and determine the most effective training methods based on learning needs.
  6. Develop (e)-learning content by gathering and curating input from operational areas.
  7. Utilize learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and other tools.
  8. Analyse learning outcomes and data to ensure our learning journey's success.
  9. Support employees in their personal development and facilitate acceptance of new learning methods and processes.
  10. Provide English language content applicable in countries Aareon represents.
Qualifications:
  1. Learning & Development Expert with a focus on business administration, social sciences, psychology, or comparable degree.
  2. Strong passion for learning and developing people, desiring to grow L&D impact.
  3. Collaborative Spirit for building networks and working closely with stakeholders.
  4. Creative mindset to translate practical learning needs into effective formats.
  5. Open to travel for information gathering and project implementation.
  6. Good English as the company language.
