Role Overview

OHLA Sverige is looking for an experienced Cost Controller/Project Controller to join their commercial team on a 1-year contract basis.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the financial management of major civil construction projects, supporting the team through a transformative period.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and enforcing a robust financial control strategy for subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed efficiently.
  • Analyzing tender estimations and procurement processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize subcontractor agreements.
  • Managing cost forecasting, budget controls, and regular project cash flow updates to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Coordinating progress and final payments for subcontractor scopes in alignment with main contracts.
  • Leading contractual matters, change requests, and inputting on variations/ATAs.
  • Fostering close collaboration with the Production team to track project progress and guarantee accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintaining open communication with subcontractors and the production team to fulfill reporting obligations.
