Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Legal Specialist with a Danish law degree and 2-5 years of relevant legal experience. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent business English language skills, and proficiency in Danish. Experience with antitrust topics is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive legal advice and support on matters related to financing and leasing of vehicles, corporate governance, marketing, privacy, digitalization, collection, and procurement.
  • Structure business models with legal considerations; draft, coordinate, and negotiate legally binding documents with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor developments in applicable legal frameworks and ensure necessary adaptations to company policies, processes, and documents; provide training for staff.
  • Implement central legal programs and standards locally, as provided by our global headquarters in Germany.
  • Support compliance areas, particularly antitrust, anti-bribery, CAS, and Anti Money Laundering.
  • Actively participate in internal and external projects, maintaining regular communication with global headquarters and external legal counsel.
