Responsibilities:

  1. Provide proactive legal advice and support on matters related to financing and leasing of vehicles, corporate governance, marketing, privacy, digitalization, collection, and procurement.
  2. Structure business models with legal considerations; draft, coordinate, and negotiate legally binding documents with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Monitor developments in applicable legal frameworks and ensure necessary adaptations to company policies, processes, and documents; provide training for staff.
  4. Implement central legal programs and standards locally, as provided by our global headquarters in Germany.
  5. Support compliance areas, particularly antitrust, anti-bribery, CAS, and Anti Money Laundering.
  6. Actively participate in internal and external projects, maintaining regular communication with global headquarters and external legal counsel.
