Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Leader to join our team at Trimble AB. As a Production Leader, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated team of approximately 25 members, including assemblers, team leaders, and production engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Departmental Leadership: Set and communicate departmental goals, lead and distribute work within the production section, and ensure team welfare, engagement, and a positive work environment.
- Employee Management: Conduct employee appraisals, set goals, and assess performance, coach and provide feedback to team members, and conduct recruitments to ensure necessary competence is available.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvements in line with the Danderyd Operations Lean Program, measure and follow up on set goals, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Resource Planning: Manage resource planning and competence development within the department, participate in budget work, and propose departmental budgets.
Requirements
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership skills with at least 3-5 years of experience in production, preferably in a leadership position.
- Education and Skills: Engineering education or equivalent technical experience, strong interest in people, technology, and group dynamics, excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, and proficient in computer skills (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office).
