IT Consultant

The ideal candidate for this role has at least four years of experience in requirements management within system development or related fields.

They should have experience with safety-critical systems in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or equivalent.

The candidate should also have knowledge and experience with standards like ISO26262 and ISO21434.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and break down stakeholder requirements to ensure they meet safety and performance standards for the systems.
• Conduct safety analyses (e.g., system impact assessments) and apply functional safety standards such as ISO26262 and ISO21434.
• Work cross-functionally to drive requirements management and ensure that system requirements are implemented and validated to the highest standards.
• Analyze and develop high-level system design, including defining interfaces, functional specifications, and performance requirements.
• Triage system issues and identify root causes through functional analysis and testing.
• Contribute to innovation by developing new ideas and improvements in processes and products.

Requirements:

1. At least four years of experience in requirements management within system development or related fields.
2. Experience with safety-critical systems in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or equivalent.
3. Knowledge and experience with standards like ISO26262 and ISO21434.
4. A master's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a similar field.
5. Experience working in a large, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as experience interacting with senior leaders.
7. Customer-facing experience is an advantage.
