Donor Care Coordinator

We are seeking a Donor Care Coordinator to join our fundraising team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our supporters, ensuring donor care and satisfaction, and developing effective fundraising strategies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, telemarketing sales, or equivalent, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in CRM administration and MS Office 365 tools is also required.
You will work closely with our Head of Fundraising to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies, ensure smooth donor processes, and provide exceptional service to our supporters.
We are looking for a team player who is passionate about civil rights and has a strong understanding of our mission and values. If you are motivated, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
