Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics Functional Lead to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex ERP projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

About the Position

You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and implement tailored solutions. Your expertise in finance and operations processes will enable you to provide strategic guidance and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to gather requirements and determine expectations
  • Develop and deliver functional designs, configurations, and testing plans
  • Collaborate with onsite engagement teams and client teams to finalize deliverables
  • Ensure high-quality project delivery, including system and functional testing
  • Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical knowledge, written and verbal communication, and team participation
  • Conduct end-user training and provide on-site support throughout delivery and go-live phases of the project

Requirements:

  • 6+ years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (D365FO) or similar ERP systems
  • Excellent understanding of finance and operations processes and strong analytical skills
  • Experience with presales activities and conducting functional interviews
  • Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with industry processes, principles, functionality, and systems
  • Excellent English language skills; additional fluency in French, Spanish, or German is preferred
