We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to support our Global ServiceNow Platform, taking care of ASSA ABLOY's shared infrastructure and global applications. As a key member of our team, you will execute the roadmap and development for the Global ServiceNow platform, working closely with our Solution Architect, development team, Service Management Office team, Group IT, and our partners and divisional IT.

Within this role, you will help us understand how to enable and utilize ServiceNow capabilities that will deliver the most value for our organization. You will ensure our Service management platform delivers business value for our stakeholders, analyze Group IT strategy in the ServiceNow platform, and ensure compliance with any and all related Policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the roadmap and development for the Global ServiceNow platform.
  • Work closely with our Solution Architect, development team, Service Management Office team, Group IT, and our partners and divisional IT.
  • Help us understand how to enable and utilize ServiceNow capabilities that will deliver the most value for our organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong knowledge of developing in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Extensive knowledge of ITIL Practices and integration of those in an international enterprise.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written.
  • Available for travel and fieldwork, including international travel; therefore, the employee must possess a valid Passport and can acquire valid visas.
