Key Responsibilities- Implementing HSE Policies and Standards: Develop and implement policies, standards, and programs to ensure a healthy and safe work environment, while also promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility.
- Driving Behavioral Change: Lead initiatives to drive behavioral change and promote a culture of sustainability and environmental excellence within the organization.
- Reporting and Analysis: Report on HSE performance and progress, and provide analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with line managers, employees, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of HSE policies and standards.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in risk management, regulations, and compliance, and process improvement and optimization.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in factory assembling/production and electrical installation in industrial settings and in industrial projects including civil, automation, and electrical work.
- Skills: Strong planning and organizational skills, market and trends orientation, and fluency in Swedish and English.
- Specialization: Specialist sustainability knowledge is an advantage.
