About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Manager to join our team at Stegra. As a key member of our Energy Management team, you will play a vital role in creating and implementing our energy strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Head of Mill Services and Energy Portfolio to develop and implement our electricity usage strategy.
  • Negotiate contracts for power distribution and ensure alignment with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals.
  • Define, implement, and monitor KPIs for energy efficiency and contract performance.
  • Partner with various stakeholders to integrate energy strategies across business units.
  • Ensure compliance with Swedish National Grid requirements and proactively manage audits and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Electricity/Energy Engineering or equivalent degree.
  • Experience in a similar role within heavy industry.
  • Strong experience in electricity/energy management and high voltage systems.
  • Proven leadership skills in manufacturing organizations.
  • Familiarity with asset information and documentation management systems.
