Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible professional to join our Medical Affairs and Market Access team. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of medical nutrition and a passion for healthcare.

This role is part of our key roles in ensuring our customers' voices are heard and cared for. Therefore, your personal profile is highly valued. We are looking for someone passionate about people and health and nutrition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all inbound product and medical-related inquiries from customers, HCPs, and patients as well as internal requests from commercial teams.
  • Complaint handling according to process.
  • Support the Medical Affairs and Market Access Manager on creating medical education programs, identifying speakers, and organizing logistics for speakers at national and regional congresses and meetings in line with policies and internal processes.
  • Conduct medical/product training sessions, learning modules, and presentations for commercial functions including onboarding of new employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in nutrition or dietetics.
  • Knowledge of medical nutrition.
  • Good understanding of the healthcare environment, regulatory policies on medical and scientific communication.
  • Experience from Customer Service or similar customer-oriented fields.
  • Full fluency in English and Swedish.
  • Verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Pro-active and self-motivated.
  • Well-organized and strong self-management skills with ability to manage complexity.
  • High personal integrity and ethical approach to business.
