We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Leader to join our team at Inter IKEA Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing Total Rewards strategies that drive business growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Total Rewards Strategies: Design and implement Total Rewards programs that align with our business objectives and support the attraction, retention, and development of top talent.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement Total Rewards initiatives that drive business results and enhance the employee experience.
- Provide Expertise and Guidance: Serve as a subject matter expert on Total Rewards matters, providing guidance and support to business leaders and employees across the organization.
- Measure and Analyze Results: Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of Total Rewards programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Total Rewards, with a strong background in compensation, benefits, and employee engagement.
