About the Role

As a Workday Financials Specialist, you will be responsible for solving complex Workday intersystem problems and bridging the gap between business and technical teams. You will need to have deep knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation focusing on either R2R, P2P, or C2C.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Guidance: Facilitate design sessions and guide clients through configuration decisions based on best practices and their unique business requirements at all stages of the project.
  • Project Support: Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday solution.
  • Leadership: Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while keeping the client, the project team, and the Engagement Manager abreast of changes or progress related to the project.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on functional Workday Financials experience.
  • Financial Software: Experience gathering business requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
  • Functional Experience: Demonstrated functional experience in Financials Management.
