About the Role

Atea is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to join our international IT Infrastructure team. As an IAM Architect, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our IAM maturity by assessing the current state of our IAM processes, developing a strategic roadmap, and making recommendations for building a robust IAM strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a thorough assessment of the current IAM maturity and identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement an IAM strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of IAM solutions, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Collaborate with IT Security and HR teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM processes and policies while ensuring compliance with security standards, regulations, and internal policies related to identity management and access controls.
  • Assess, recommend, and implement continuous improvement processes for authentication mechanisms, such as multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
  • Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular access reviews and audits to maintain compliance and security standards.
  • Drive IAM governance and risk management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IAM Architect or in a similar role, with a strong track record of designing and implementing IAM solutions. Experience with international and complex organizations is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of IAM technologies, tools, and best practices, including identity lifecycle management, RBAC, MFA, SSO, and federation.
  • Experience with IAM systems such as Active Directory, MS Entra ID, LDAP, and other relevant technologies.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to IAM, such as GDPR, NIS2, and ISO 27001.
  • Experience and knowledge with Sivis Identity and Access Management is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
