About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions team. As Head of IAM Solutions, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled professionals in delivering and optimizing IAM solutions across various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the IAM solutions teams in delivering Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Single Sign-On, and other IAM solutions.
  • Provide strategic leadership and implement best practices in Identity and Access Management.
  • Own and lead activities related to the development of IAM systems and services, as well as oversee operations and maintenance.
  • Mature and maintain a common operating model for IAM development teams.
  • Perform vendor selections and implement new products/systems in the organization.
  • Ensure all IAM solutions are compliant with internal and external compliance requirements.
  • Define project scope/requirements and oversee project deliveries.
  • Create product roadmaps aligning towards a zero-trust strategy and architecture.
  • Collaborate across the IAM organization to ensure timely remediation of audit and risk activities.
About You

We are looking for a leader with extensive experience in Identity and Access Management, preferably with a proven track record of team development in a geographically dispersed setting. You should have experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, CyberArk, or similar products, and be a great communicator with a service-focused approach. Fluency in English is a must.
