In this role at Carbo Culture, you'll have the opportunity to apply your analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and innovation. As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with our Nordic business development and commercial leadership to shape strategic direction and identify emerging trends in the industrial decarbonization sector.

About the Company

Carbo Culture is a climate technology company building a rapidly scalable biochar carbon removal solution. Our patented Carbolysis reactors take waste biomass and convert it into stable biochar, locking carbon safely away for centuries and generating renewable energy in the process. We're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment where you can learn and grow.

  • Key Responsibilities: Shape strategic direction, identify emerging trends, and develop comprehensive market intelligence tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to build and refine new project concepts that align with our sustainability goals.
  • Analysis: Conduct sensitivity analyses, evaluate potential risks and returns, and develop robust financial models to assess the commercial viability of ongoing and prospective initiatives.

As a successful candidate, you'll need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Swedish proficiency is a strong advantage, and Finnish is a plus.
