Cloud Solutions Leader

Elisa Polystar seeks a seasoned Product Owner to drive the success of our cloud journey of the assurance solution. As a strategic partner to the Elisa Polystar Product Management Team, you will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap and leading cross-functional teams to deliver cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Product Roadmap: Collaborate with the product management team to develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their expectations are managed and they are informed about the product's progress and updates.
  3. Development Team Leadership:
    1. Prioritization and Backlog Management: Oversee the development team's work priorities and ensure the backlog is effectively managed.
    2. Agile Methodologies: Apply agile methodologies to drive collaboration and efficiency within the development team.
  4. User Story Definition:
    1. Acceptance Criteria: Develop detailed user stories that outline clear requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring the development team understands the task and evaluation process.
    2. Low-Level Requirements: Break down high-level requirements into actionable, low-level tasks to facilitate efficient implementation by the development team.

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g., computer science, information systems, data science).
  • Proven experience as a software developer.
  • Expertise in cloud transformation, cloud architecture, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in multiple cloud platforms and tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform).
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud security concepts and techniques.
