Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Product Owner to join the Elisa Polystar Product Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall success and growth of our cloud journey of the assurance solution.

Responsibilities

1. Contribute to Roadmap and Share Technical Insights: Work closely with the product management team to contribute to the product roadmap. Share technical insights and feedback from the development team to help shape the future direction of the product.
2. Represent Product Towards Customers: Act as a point of contact for customers. Ensure that customer expectations are managed and that they are kept informed about the product's progress and any updates.
3. Lead the Development Team and Be Responsible for Day-to-Day Activities:
   1. Prioritization of Work and Team Backlog Management: Ensure that the development team is working on the most important tasks by managing and prioritizing the backlog.
   2. Sprint Planning, Timeline and Effort Estimates: Work with the development team to provide accurate timeline and effort estimates for upcoming tasks and projects.
4. User Stories With Acceptance Criteria And Low-Level Requirements:
   1. User Stories with Acceptance Criteria: Write detailed user stories that clearly define the requirements and acceptance criteria. This ensures that the development team understands what needs to be built and how it will be evaluated.
   2. Low-Level Requirements: Break down high-level requirements into low-level, actionable tasks. This helps the development team to implement features accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree, or higher, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
2. Experience of working as a software developer.
3. Multiple years of experience in cloud transformation, cloud architecture, or a similar role.
4. Proficient in various cloud platforms and tools, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, etc.
5. Knowledgeable in cloud-native architecture, microservices, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud security concepts and techniques.
