We are looking for a Site Water Management Lead to join our team at H2GS Boden AB. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of site water resources, ensuring compliance with regulations and minimizing environmental impact.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead a team of water treatment professionals, providing coaching and direction to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with service partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Analyze water quality data, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to optimize water treatment processes.
- Prioritize budget allocation for O&M activities, focusing on cost-efficient solutions that minimize waste and reduce environmental impact.
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
- Extensive experience in water treatment and process engineering, including leadership roles and contract negotiation.
- Expertise in ultrafiltration, demineralization, wastewater treatment, and plant performance analysis.
