About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our team at AB Effektiv Borås. As a People & Culture Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting and driving HR processes within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our employees throughout their entire journey with us, from recruitment to departure.
  • Manage compensation and benefits processes, ensuring fairness and equity.
  • Drive learning and development initiatives to enhance our team's skills and competencies.
  • Provide guidance and support to our managers on various HR-related matters, including labor law and negotiations.
  • Focus on creating a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and well-being.
  • Contribute to our organization's growth and development, working closely with our HR team to implement strategic HR initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor law, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering results.
