SPP offers a powerful suite of tools for newsrooms and journalists within Schibsted Media and for our external partners. Our tools support the entire editorial process, from planning and discovery to creation and personalized recommendations in text, video, and sound.

We have a strong need for data-driven product development and decision-making, where you will play a key role in enhancing our analytics to deliver valuable insights. As an Insights Lead, you will shape data-driven strategies, optimize decision-making processes, and integrate insights to support product development within SPP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance our analytics capabilities to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Support the development of data products to meet the evolving needs of SPP's product teams.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure the quality of data models.
  • Collaborate closely with central data teams to ensure consistency and alignment with Schibsted's tools and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to share insights and drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in analytics, computer science, or related field.
  • Excellent data analysis and visualization skills, proficiency with relevant tools and software.
  • Experience in leading data and analytics disciplines (3+ years).
  • Experience in people management (2+ years).
  • Strong leadership skills including effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • English language written and spoken fluency is required.
