About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Café Team Member to join our team at ARKET. As a key member of our café team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our café.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide warm and genuine service to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Quality and Food Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and food products, maintaining a consistently high standard.
  • Display and Inventory Management: Maintain the display area, receive and process deliveries, and ensure that the café is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Opening and Closing Routines: Follow established opening and closing routines, including checklists, to ensure that the café is prepared for service and closed down safely.
  • Culture and Values: Promote the culture, values, and concept of the café, ensuring that our customers understand and appreciate our unique offering.
