Arbetsuppgifter
I rollen som Support Specialist kommer dina främsta arbetsuppgifter vara att tillhandahålla förstklassig teknisk support till vår kunds användare. Du kommer att hantera IT-relaterade ärenden som kommer in med professionalism, via både telefon och chatt. Vid behov kan du också förvänta dig att resor kan förekomma i tjänsten.

Krav
Vi söker dig som har ett stort självgående driv och en strukturerad arbetsmetod. Du är flexibel och engagerad, med en stark analytisk förmåga som hjälper dig att snabbt identifiera och lösa problem. Din entusiasm för att hjälpa andra och ditt öga för detaljer gör dig till en ovärderlig tillgång i teamet. Vi söker dig som nyligen har arbetat i en teknisk supportroll och har fått erfarenhet av felsökning, lösenordshantering, behörighetsadministration med mera.

Krav för att lyckas i rollen
Vi ser att du möter följande krav:

  1. Minst 1 års erfarenhet av första linjens IT-support.
  2. Vana vid att följa och arbeta utefter etablerade rutiner och processer.
  3. God förmåga att kunna kommunicera både tydligt och professionellt.
  4. Flytande svenska i både tal och skrift.
