About the Role

As a Product Ambassador at FitForMe, you will play a key role in positioning our brand as the market leader in bariatric supplements. Your primary responsibility will be to increase our market share in the Nordic region by maintaining and strengthening strategic accounts while developing new relationships through customer visits.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Visit healthcare professionals involved in bariatric surgery in the Nordics to help them understand how our products can benefit their patients' lives after surgery.
  2. Manage your budgets and achieve set targets, driven by a strong desire for results.
  3. Become a connector and thrive on building and maintaining relationships with others.
  4. Work independently, planning your tasks effectively.
  5. Enjoy flexible working hours and be prepared to travel approximately 75% of the time.
  6. Occasionally work evenings or weekends and attend international conferences.
We Are Looking for Someone Who Is
  1. Customer-focused: able to actively listen and adapt pitches to cater to customers' needs.
  2. Persuasive: connects easily with people and knows how to influence them towards desired outcomes.
  3. Hands-on: since you'll be part of a small team, you'll need to take matters into your own hands.
  4. Flexible: this role requires traveling 50-70% of the time, so a traditional 9-to-5 mentality won't work well.
  5. Able to represent FitForMe effectively, both inside and outside the organization.
  6. Experienced in sales, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  7. Languages: excellent communication skills in Swedish (C2 level/native fluency) and English (B1/advanced).
  8. Honest, open, and transparent; ethical conduct is your priority.
  9. Currently residing in the surrounding area of Stockholm.
  10. Valid driving license.
