Responsibilities

Hardware Engineers:

  • Develop high-performance automotive hardware components, from concept to production.
  • Work on electrical systems and control units, ensuring reliability and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware with cutting-edge automotive technologies.
  • Perform simulation, testing, and validation of hardware systems to meet industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and automotive standards.

Embedded Software Engineers:

  • Design, develop, and implement embedded software solutions for automotive control units.
  • Work on real-time operating systems and embedded firmware for vehicle communication, safety, and autonomous features.
  • Collaborate with hardware teams to ensure seamless integration between hardware and software components.
  • Debug, test, and optimize software to ensure performance and regulatory compliance.
  • Adapt new technologies like AI, ADAS, and electrification.
Skills and Qualifications

Hardware Engineers:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Experience in PCB design, analog/digital circuit design, and power electronics.
  • Knowledge of automotive electrical standards and testing protocols.
  • Experience with tools like Altium, Cadence, or Mentor Graphics.
  • Understanding of automotive industry requirements.

Embedded Software Engineers:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in C/C++, embedded systems design, and real-time operating systems.
  • Experience with CAN, LIN, and other automotive communication protocols.
  • Familiarity with functional safety, AUTOSAR, and Model-Based Development.
  • Strong debugging and low-level hardware interaction skills.
