About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Class Technician to join our team at Treloar College. As a Class Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students, who are physically disabled young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students across a range of ability levels, providing individualized assistance and guidance.
  • Prepare and organize equipment and materials in the classroom, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Lead lessons for the tutor, developing and delivering engaging and effective teaching strategies.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students, promoting their confidence and self-esteem.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • GCSE level C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
