At TN Sweden, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retailer strategy, their shoppers, and how to grow categories and strengthen brands.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering quarterly and annual net sales/margin targets by building and implementing mutually profitable business plans. You will work closely with the Marketing team to understand category growth opportunities and optimize for both Colgate and our customer.

The successful candidate will be a commercially clever individual with the ability to build strong business relationships while developing and implementing new, sustainable, mutually profitable business solutions.

You will hold an academic degree and be fluent in Swedish and English. As a team player, you will use your head, heart, and hands to drive business results in a timely manner.
