
Environmental and Regulatory Affairs Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Environmental and Regulatory Affairs Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of sustainability frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with global consumer product regulations, including GPSR, REACH, CE Marking requirements, Packaging Recyclability, Sustainability Reporting & Corporate Due Diligence Directives, EUSPR regulation, and Proposition 65.
- Developing and implementing company-wide compliance and sustainability policies, processes, and controls.
- Leading internal audits and coordinating with external auditors to verify compliance with EU standards and sustainability goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in regulatory compliance and sustainability, preferably within safety-related products and/or apparel. A bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Engineering, Business, Regulatory Affairs, Environmental Science, or a related field is required.
