Microbiologist Sales Director for Northern Europe

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Microbiology Division's Food & Industrial sales team in Northern Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the territory sales vision and strategy, whilst developing a team of Account Managers to achieve success.
- Work to drive growth in new business opportunities and ensure profitable revenue through strong collaboration, business-acumen and strong sales focus.
- Responsible for the commercial results in the Northern Europe region, driving to achieve business objectives and high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Extensive life science sales experience (ideally 7+ years)
- Proven experience of delivering results through leading and developing managers and through building and influencing indirect reporting.
- Experience in navigating cross-functional relationships in a matrix organisation.
