About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer to join our team at King, a leading game developer behind popular titles such as Candy Crush and Farm Heroes. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of game testing and ensuring unparalleled quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end-to-end test automation strategies for mobile games and applications using tools like Applium.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java, with exposure to C++, Python, and Database languages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test workflows via automation, integrating with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub.
  • Lead and coach teammates in technical discussions, guiding feature development and ensuring seamless automation coverage.
Requirements
  • Experience in end-to-end test automation for mobile games and applications.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, and Database languages.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with a habit of working with developers and cross-functional teams.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience developing and maintaining automation on cloud platforms like GCP.
  • Experience working with cloud testing services like Perfecto or SauceLabs.
  • Familiarity with build tools like CMake and Gradle.
  • Experience with logging and monitoring tools like Splunk, Graylog, and Grafana.
  • Experience with automation test tools like Cypress, JEST, or Puppeteer.
