Job Description

We are seeking a skilled consultant to join our consulting business, where you will work on internal projects and assignments, as well as with clients.

  1. Be part of CI Maintenance/Improvement activities like Artifactory back up plans, Jenkins Upgrades, Pipeline updates, framework changes, process improvements for stability of overall CI flow, etc.
  2. Analysis of CI failures, debugging & find root cause, come up with solutions & discussion with teams.
  3. Work with Hardware & software teams to understand the requirement of the product structure designs & updating the tools diligently.
  4. Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to align to CI way of working.
  5. Prioritise & plan backlogs & continuous improvements within team in collaboration with development teams across sites.
  6. Collaborate with a culture of continuous improvement to deliver the expected results.
  7. Coordinate with multiple development teams in alignment with customer needs to cater requirements of the build, test, release flow & implement them.
  8. Support the teams to have a continuous check on the stability & maintenance of CI & development Environment.
  9. Understand and discuss with network teams to have better solution for a secure E2E system.

About this role:

  • Strong debugging & problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in a DevOps role, with a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools.
  • Good knowledge in Setup of CI End to End flow.
  • Good understanding of Agile practices & scrum tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Expertise in Artifactory Tools is preferred.
  • Good to have: server management skill, administration skills.
  • Knowledge about IT-infrastructure and networks.
  • Hands-on with git/gerrit.
  • Preferred Knowledge about IT Security.
  • Positive attitude towards work.
  • Strong communication & leadership skills.
  • Aiming at Architect mindset.
  • Driven, responsible to volunteer tasks.
