Job Overview
We're seeking a Strategic Business Partner to join our Consumer Business team. As a key member of the finance organization, you'll provide financial insights and guidance to drive key decisions and strategies at scale. Your work will have a direct impact on optimizing business performance, driving efficiencies, and supporting investment decisions that fuel our global expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on key business goals.
- Own the financial model and lead planning and modeling efforts to ensure accuracy and alignment with overall company objectives.
- Drive recommendations around investment opportunities and capital allocation to maximize returns and improve efficiency.
- Continuously monitor business performance, identifying trends and insights that can improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting at a high-growth technology startup or well-established company.
- Advanced modeling skills; ability to translate complex and dynamic operational drivers into financial models.
- A strong communicator, able to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring precision and accuracy.
