At Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, Stockholm, we're seeking a talented On-call Porter/Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our front office team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve guest issues and concerns, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized front office environment, adhering to our high standards of quality and service.

Requirements:

  • Driver's license is a must.
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
  • An eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service are crucial.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of the front office department.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor are necessary for interacting with guests and colleagues.
