- Lång konsulterfarenhet och/eller erfarenhet från större organisationer med tydlig organisation för affärs- och verksamhetsutvecklande frågor.
- Branscherfarenhet av kunder inom: bank/finans, retail och/eller försäkring.
- Erfarenhet av att arbeta med JIRA eller liknande ärendehanteringssystem.
- Bekant med SAFe eller andra agila ramverk samt agil kravmetodik.
- Uttrycker dig väl på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
