About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our business stakeholders and our Data Management team. You will work closely with our IT and business teams to ensure that our solutions meet both business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and managing and maintaining requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the Data Management team, guiding the team in developing solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure that solutions align with business and technical requirements.
  • Use Power BI to understand and support business reporting needs and ensure that data visualizations and analysis meet expectations.
  • Work with data analysis and understand data models, integrations, and data sources to enable informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • A degree in IT or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Business Analysis, particularly in requirements management and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work as a link between technical and business teams.
  • Experience with data modeling, system integrations, and data sources is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI is a plus.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
