Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven and forward-thinking individual with a positive mindset to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As part of our Workplace Division, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the exploration of existing, new, and alternative sales channels.
You will identify the best ways to increase our presence in the market, closely collaborating with colleagues across the organization to optimize your strategy. Your sales approach should be value-based, structured, and strategic, requiring a diplomatic, tactical, and persuasive mindset.
Strong listening and understanding skills are essential for building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at different organizational levels. You will engage daily with a range of stakeholders to contribute to the company's strategic goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of generating sales and winning new business.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building strong personal relationships and delivering outstanding customer service at all levels.
- A proven ability to consistently meet targets while prioritizing and delivering an exceptional sales experience—especially via digital channels.
