About the Role:
The Insights team is responsible for providing timely and actionable insights to drive well-informed decision-making at Inter IKEA.
We are passionate about making sure that everything we do at IKEA truly meets the needs and dreams of the many people.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product range research tools and methods.
- Build competence in working with insights and create a culture of insight within Core Business Range.
- Partner with the Insights Capability Leader and insight team to enable synchronized and effective capability development.
What We're Looking for:
- A motivated individual with deep experience in insights capability development.
- Strong knowledge of insight capabilities, products, methods, and tools.
- Ability to bring thought leadership on research methodologies.
- Ability to inspire and equip insight professionals to use the best methods for their business questions.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in insight is preferred.
- University education or equivalent combination of relevant training and work experience.
